Ronald Radebe

Founder & Managing Director

With over 10 years delivering infrastructure in regulated, high-performance environments, Ronald served as Depot Engineering Manager at Transnet Freight Rail Heavy Haul — personally managing R245M+ in rail infrastructure along the Upington–Kathu corridor while leading teams of over 200 personnel. Working closely with Anglo American Iron Ore and Assmang operations, he oversaw rail maintenance, structural and civil works, and freight capacity optimisation within mine-governed environments.

He founded ISH Holdings to apply that same level of structured delivery to residential, commercial, and mining infrastructure across the Northern Cape. Every project follows a defined methodology — from risk assessment before bidding to SHE-compliant execution and accountable close-out.
