A qualified Civil Engineer and experienced Depot Engineering Manager within Transnet Freight Rail Heavy Haul, Ronald brings deep technical expertise, having personally managed projects valued at R245M+. His engineering precision, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and hands-on project management drive ISH's technical delivery across the Northern Cape.

Princess drives ISH's financial governance, procurement transparency, and empowerment strategy. Her leadership ensures every project is compliant, transparent, and aligned with preferential procurement criteria.
